FISKARDO

In the northern part of the Kefalonian coastline, you will find one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of Kefalonia, Fiskardo. Admire the beautiful architecture of the houses and their flowery courtyards with obvious Venetian influences, wander through the narrow alleys filled with small tasteful shops and enjoy the local delicacies in one of the village's restaurants.

Stroll around the picturesque harbor and gaze at the enchanting landscape that combines the green of nature with the emerald waters of the sea, the traditional boats mixed with the luxury boats that flock during the summer months to admire the enchanting landscape that reminds of a painting. Fiskardo also has a small beach where you can enjoy a swim in the pure fresh waters of the area and mingle with the island's residents, who choose it as a quick cool break. 

DAFNOUDI BEACH

One of the most beautiful beaches on the island worth visiting is Dafnoudi beach. Walking along a green path of about 600 m. that starts from the village of Antipata, Erissos, and ends at the small harbor of Dafnoudi beach, you will find an idyllic landscape. The calm, clear, turquoise waters shimmer in the sunlight, and the white pebbled beach is ideal for enjoying the life-giving sun. While enjoying the beautiful waters, you will probably meet the Monachus - Monachus seals, whose sanctuary is this beach.

ALATIES BEACH

Continuing exploring the island's northern coastline, a few kilometers from Fiskardo, you will come across the lesser-known but gorgeous beach of Alaties, which takes its name from the salt drying on its rocks. Those who wish for tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches, will indeed find in Alaties beach their haven! The wild beauty of the rocks combined with the deep blue waters will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation in the sun and fun while enjoying your dives from the rocks. The beach is not organized; however, there is a traditional tavern nearby where you can enjoy local delicacies.

KIMILIA BEACH

Exploring every small bay of Kefalonia in the northwestern part of the island, you will find a "secret" beach of exotic beauty, Kimilia. Crossing a small path through the lush green nature that starts from the nearby village of Germenata, you will reach the beach where the view is extremely impressive: Among clusters of lush rocks of rare beauty, the crystal clear turquoise waters of Kimilia beach emerge. Leave your towel on its white pebbles and indulge in the magic of the earthly oasis that spreads before your eyes.

EMPLISI BEACH

A magnificent landscape unfolds in front of you when visiting the most popular beach of Erissos, Emplisi. In a highly idyllic landscape that combines the beauty of the wildness of the rocks with the turquoise waters of the sea, the green trees with the white pebbles of the beach, you will enjoy unique moments of relaxation and rejuvenation under the sun. Its sandy bottom allows nature to be reflected in its waters, inviting you to "get lost" in them! Although the beach is not organized, there is a canteen where you can buy the necessary items during your stay on the beach.

FOKI BEACH

A short distance from Fiskardo, accessible even on foot from the picturesque little harbor, there is a small cove in which Foki beach emerges. It is surrounded by cypress trees, covered with white pebbles, and is distinguished by its shallow, windless waters that make it perfectly safe for families with small children. For those in the mood for exploration, there is a cave at the exit of the bay, easily accessible by swimming. And on this beach, don't be surprised if you meet the Monachus Monachus seals, which choose this small creek as a shelter.

MYRTOS BEACH

Myrtos Beach is globally famous and internationally recognized with many awards. In a landscape of unparalleled beauty, surrounded by dense vegetation, steep cliffs, and cliffs at the foot of which the deep blue waters open up, Myrtos beach is the jewel of Kefalonia. The vast sandy beach that combines fine golden sand with fine white pebbles has a limited number of sunbeds and umbrellas but plenty of space to choose where to place your own equipment. In the early morning hours and at sunset, the view is magnificent. The beach has a lifeguard and a canteen to supply the necessary equipment.
